Kenneth is a member of the Chartered Institute of Managers, England and Scotland. He holds a BSc in Business Finance from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom, and his passion for Human Capital Development led him to further study for a Diploma in Human Resource Management in the UK. He was part of the team that developed Performance Management Systems for the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria under the Office of Head of Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) and also part of the content development team for the Federal Civil Service Online Learning Platform under the same OHCSF.

She worked in the banking industry for 12years, heading various units in the Commercial Banking, Public Sector and Private Banking departments of Access Bank Plc. She quit banking to pursue her career in Human Resource Management.
Oluwayemisi is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria; holds a Masters degree in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom; and graduated top in her class with a First-Class Honours degree in Marketing from Central University, Ghana.
